Verdict: False (82% confidence)
No primary-source evidence was found documenting Elon Musk introducing, endorsing, or launching any CBD gummy product. Search results consisted exclusively of unverified promotional marketing content and product pages that invoke Musk's name without documented attribution. Contrary to the claim, a recorded podcast interview indicated Musk expressed skepticism toward CBD, stating he believed it 'doesn't do anything.'
